I visited Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo in Kinshicho, a quieter area with good access to busier districts and, to me, an exceptional Tokyo Skytree view. This four-star hotel had a solid range of facilities apart from a swimming pool, and I especially liked its restaurants. A Skytree-view room lets you take photographs without searching for a viewpoint, particularly at night. Access was another attraction: a free Disneyland shuttle, direct limousine buses from Haneda and Narita, and JR and metro stations within a 3-minute walk. A lunchbox could be prepared for an early Disneyland departure. At dinner, the chef's omakase was enjoyable, and the hotel took pride in its own caviar. Personally, I do not know caviar well enough to judge its taste.
