For an autumn 2026 day beyond Namba/Umeda, the original introduced three suburban tours for inbound visitors, announced for phased sale from September 18. Each bundled an English-guided experience with a one-day Hankyu Takarazuka Main Line/Minoh Line QR ticket. The Minoh riverside-dining course ran through November 3.

Three Osaka tours for overseas visitorsReach Ikeda and Minoh with a Hankyu day ticket
Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau and Hankyu Railway announced these inbound products August 27, 2026. Choices combined transport with Cup Noodles experiences, Minoh Falls hiking, or riverside kawayuka dining.
The announcement targeted international visitors to Osaka. Discover OSAKA offered a Korean screen, but all three actual guided tours were expressly in English—relevant to Western English-speaking visitors too.
Three products: prices and inclusions
Meet at Hankyu Ikeda, about two hours. Included Cup Noodles Museum entry and a My Cup Noodles making experience, an Ikeda food coupon, an English guide, and the Hankyu QR ticket.
Meet at Hankyu Minoh, about three hours. Included Minoh Falls hiking, kawayuka dining with Minoh beer, an English guide, and QR ticket. Scheduled October 1–November 3.
Meet at Hankyu Minoh, about two and a half hours. Hiking followed by Minoh beer and a light meal, with English guide and QR ticket.
All prices were per person including tax, with two to four participants required per departure. Cup Noodles and beer tours were planned for year-round sales, but the announcement allowed changes or suspension without notice.
Scope of the included Hankyu day ticket
Airport-to-accommodation transport and travel from Namba/Shinsaibashi to Umeda were outside the ticket. Add the Umeda approach according to your hotel.
Sales dates vary by platform
The shorter riverside season ended November 3, leaving planning time from that original date. OTA start dates and seats could differ; actual product availability needed checking after September 18.
Conditions for overseas visitors
- Prices are per person, but departures require two to four people.
- Guiding is English, not Korean.
- Discover OSAKA had a Korean interface; individual translated products needed checking after sales opened.
- The announcement did not state accepted overseas card brands or refund/cancellation rules.
- Discover OSAKA, Klook, KKday, and GetYourGuide could have different sales starts.
- Check smartphone battery/data for the QR ticket.
- No separate passport-presentation obligation was specified in this announcement.
EDITOR'S NOTE · EVERYDAY TRIP
EVERYDAY TRIP Editorial Team’s advice
Bundled guiding, activity, and transport could ease a first suburban itinerary. A solo traveler did not meet the stated group size, making independent visits an alternative.
The ticket covered only the Takarazuka Main and Minoh lines. From Namba, add Metro return fares and transfers; from Umeda, combine surrounding northern areas such as Kita/Nakazakicho before or after.
Even booking through Korean screens meant an English guide. The original suggested a translation app/earphones for Korean-speaking participants who did not want to miss detail, or comparing independent museum/falls costs if language was difficult. English-speaking readers should still choose for the activity and group requirements rather than assume every booking page is English.
The announcement did not give card restrictions or cancellation fees. After September 18, confirm the actual card, meeting time, rainy-day hiking rules, and cancellation cutoff, then match the tour to flights/accommodation before paying.
