For a spring 2027 Miyazaki trip, the original report introduced a new accommodation candidate. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Miyazaki planned to open room reservations Monday, October 26, 2026, ahead of its scheduled opening Monday, March 8, 2027. Daiwa House Realty Management announced this October 15 as the brand’s first hotel in Miyazaki Prefecture.

The official guidance checked October 20 announced the booking date, but not a specific opening time that day. This was not a hotel available for an immediate autumn stay. First check that travel dates fall after the planned opening, then examine the dates and rooms offered on the official site from October 26.
Compare room arrangements for a city-center stay
The hotel was to stand on the corner of the Tachibanadori 3-chome intersection, near shops, restaurants, and the Nishitachi nightlife area—a location to consider for city dining and walks.
All 212 rooms were to be nonsmoking, with communal baths and a sauna planned. Official room information included standard doubles for one or two, deluxe twins for up to three, and four-person rooms. Three-person use of a deluxe twin applied only to rooms able to take an extra bed; the same occupancy label did not establish identical conditions.
Rates shown in the press release were examples, not confirmed prices bookable for a chosen date. After sales open, check the selected plan’s actual room price, meal inclusion, payment method, and cancellation terms.

Choose dates and party size first, then compare room size and beds when reservations begin. For three or four travelers, check whether everyone fits one room and the total cost. Since these are pre-opening bookings, recheck the opening schedule and operating information before departure.
